Having visited this lovely store a number of times I was disappointed with the customer service I received regarding an item that I purchased.This was a spray that I had used nearly everyday. I purchased a second bottle and found when I got home it was a different smell.Being local, I had popped in to say to a very nice lady that works there that the bottle I purchased was completely different to the one I had before. She said bring it back and we will see what we can do. So before leaving I tested the spray in the shop and it was the same smell as the original bottle that I had bought, I was confused as the second one I purchased was different.So I returned to the store with the second bottle. After a chat with the owner who admitted that there was a problem with the base that was used, and that they were going to change it back to the original base, I then asked if I could exchange it.He told me that he does not exchange or refund on those products.Whilst I understand that smell can differ, this was totally different, and If the owner would have bothered to smell the spray he may have agreed. Maybe the base had affected the smell ? Maybe it had the wrong label ?Maybe the boss was having a bad day ??I do visit this store frequently and usually have good service.I will feel now that I may just pass by.I do understand that products do change, but when you admit to having a problem surely you’re at fault, and maybe smelling the spray you may of understood why I was not happy with the product I purchased from you.

Could not recommend these amazing guys enough! I'm not a massive follower or practitioner of magick and spirituality but even I could feel the positive energies in the store.The shop is extremely well stocked and laid out, and anything you could possibly be looking for you'll more or less find, from raw ingredients, crystals, teas, salts, anything and everything.We will definitely be back soon!

Absolutely amazing place. The energy is so soothing and healing. The guys are super helpful and know so much about the practice. Genuinely really refreshing to see a proper apocothary shop instead of your typical commercial witchy shops.I will definitely be back, and until I can I'll be shopping online too!

the shop is awesome. however i have ordered something on the 3rd of november and it is now the 23rd..i dont think 20 days is reasonable to wait fo a parcel.they really need to sort out their online shop ASAP as their products are very very good

I find the service very good and the products too. Appreciated online chat and help some time ago when choosing crystals. It's a great shop and online customers do get the great service too in my experience.

Not only is this an amazing space with incredible products, from herbs to beeswax candles, sprays and more…all made with love and attention to detail, but the staff here is welcoming and kind. Visiting from the United States, we felt at home and valued by the amazing workers here. Michael couldn’t have been lovelier and more helpful, and Sophie, I believe her name was…a gem of a human. We had heard about this glorious shop from the other side of the pond and it exceeded our expectations, as did the town of Glastonbury. Michael, you are correct… we WILL be back. Thank you so much.

Oh wow! Chris & John have an amazing shop. So much research has gone into their recipes to bring something special into life. Something here for all tastes. Certainly worth a visit.

Really great vibe in the shop. Helpful and knowledgeable team. As a newbie I really felt at ease deciding on a crystal spray in their corner in my own time, where you are allowed to be drawn towards what’s right for you. I chose Vetiver and Shungite (or did it choose me?!) Amazing smell and I love it :)

How have I not come across this shop before??... It is amazing!So authentic, down to earth, rustic and refreshing. Beautiful products. Highly recommended.Thank you, we will visit again.

Enjoyable sign on the outside! Staff within seemed very friendly, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about their craft, which makes for a warm and welcoming experience. If I lived locally I would for sure pop in to get herbs.One of the better, more authentic feeling stores in the area.
