London Magic Store

Just discovered that claimed 'new' Samsung S8 bought November 2020 is probably 'unused' rather than new as it developed a screen fault and is outside the London Magic Store one year warranty but Samsung claim that IMEI number shows it is outside their 2 year warranty period. I feel I have been duped!

Dreadful. Bought a phone from them through Wowcher but was told to contact the supplier direct when it stopped charging.Contacted the store several times and they just didn’t respond, then eventually ( 2 months later) they did and told me they can’t do refunds after 30 days. How convenient!Honestly, I wouldn’t touch these guys with a barge pole, their stuff is old tat and once you’ve bought it you’re stuck with no come back.

Excellent service. And a great phone. Needed this urgently so I went to collect it.

Customer service is a disgraceful reflection on this business. I was told I was blackmailing the business by asking for a full refund within my customer rights for a phone I bought which was supposedly new. It was far from new and the backlash of unprofessionalism from their staff was something I have never ever experienced from any business before. I am leaving a review on here as there seem to be a lot of very poor reviews, in contrast to good reviews on Trust Pilot. I bought an old model of a phone as I particularly wanted a pre android 6 phone. The phone was described as as new" and it was clear that it was just the phone that was being sold.The price was good; pre and post sales queries were dealt with promptly and a minor imperfection on the phone was resolved satisfactorily."

I ordered a used Samsung S6. It came as expected in good condition but there was issue with the battery which came to light in the first week. I spoke with LMS who asked me to send it back. without hesitation they immediately sent me another, also in good condition which now works fine. Bad stuff will happen. It is how you deal with it that counts.

Bought a phone via wowcher last week and have been trying to return it ever since as it’s not working correctly. No response from this company and at the point of having to get my bank to step in next week if still no reply and recover the funds for me. Would stay clear of this company.

Ordered a Grade A+ iPhone 7 as a surprise for my daughter, was very alarmed that it arrived in a Jiffy bag inside a grey bag so I opened it before giving to her. Glad I did, wouldn’t have qualified as a Grade B, dirt, marks, glue and scuffs on what was meant to be a pristine condition refurbished handset. When corresponding via email they proceeded to call me the wrong name every single time, despite me politely correcting them every single time, so by the end I assumed they must be actively mocking me. Offered a £10 partial refund which was an insult considering what I’d paid for and what actually arrived. The difference in price between an A+ and A is £20, and as I said this wouldn’t be considered a Grade B. Genuinely upset and angry about this, shocked.

Best customer service, I ordered an iPhone X and it came in pristine condition not 1 single scratch came clean and protected so damage doesn’t occur during postage process the next day delivery was amazing and very reliable. Would recommend this company and 100% legitimate.

Bought phone online just waiting for delivery but so far I have been pleasantly kept up to date with everything. If this goes well I will use again and again
