Good customer service plus my laptop was repaired upto standard. Although returned it slightly late but they provided free pick up drop and free diagnosis if went ahead with the repair work and full quotation. Found their fees fairly reasonable too. Thankyou.

When my laptop mysteriously died I was up a popular creek without a paddle. I found Chris and he responded really fast (a lot faster than other places I tried!). He listened to my problem, collected my machine and dropped it round once he had fixed it. Its now running better than ever. I came across Chris from a Google search. He replied promptly to my request for help & offered an ideal solution to replace the screen on my very old but very useful laptop. His communication was excellent & it was ideal that he could do the repair at my home. I felt Chris was very trustworthy & I left him to get on with the job whilst I did other things. What a great service !!!My faulty laptop was collected from my home at a time agreed, and the guys were prompt and efficient. I was kept in the loop from the first phone call and advised of the costs from the start. The spares had to come from China and took just over ten days to arrive; again I was contacted and advised of the deley. The repairs now done and my laptop back with me and all good to go. Very, very pleased with the service and how a small company can really beat the big guns when you give them a go. I will certainly use them again and am happy to sing thier praises. Great company, great guy! I received a call less than 10 minutes after I first submitted the enquiry and Chris was helpful and reassuring with the information he was giving about my laptop issue. Home collection of my laptop was smooth with Chris arranging a time for collection that worked around me. Due to no fault of his own, there were supplier issues with a new part for my laptop. Chris kept me up to date throughout the whole process and was chasing suppliers constantly so I could get my laptop back quicker. I am over the moon with the work done by Chris and it feels like I now have a brand new laptop. I would definitely use Chris if you have any computer or laptop issues.
