I ordered two mink rafts a week ago, no communication since then, emailed sales, no response, rang yesterday and told someone would get back to me today and nothing.

This website is wonderful. I have an array of wildlife in my garden including bats and hedgehogs. I had no idea there were so many items available for the wildlife in my garden. I wish you had a like button that I could add things to a wishlist.

Very disappointed with the quality of the Wildlife Acoustics EM2 bat detector which failed mid survey after only being used a few times. They are expensive and easily damaged. Although it took longer than it should have done, Wildcare did issue a refund.

I ordered a sparrow hotel for my dad. It arrived within 48 hours but was unfortunately damaged. However within 15 mins of me emailing the sales team they confirmed thar they would send out another. It arrived in perfect order 48 hours later. My dad is thrilled with the quality. Cannot fault the customer services.

Excellent service ordered my bat detector on 29 / 8th thinking 3 to 5 days before it comes it was here next day and have had many hours using it.
