We have recently sold our house with Cherry Picked and from day 1 the service was exceptional.Vinny turned up to give us a valuation and from that moment we knew without a doubt we were in the very best hands.We then met Ben, who had a whole day of viewings planned for us. Such a likeable,friendly professional man, who kept in touch with us all that day letting us know how they had gone. A second viewing was arranged a few days later again with Ben and we were very lucky as an offer was then made on the house.Both Vinny and Ben kept in constant contact and if ever we needed anything they were at the end of the phone and were very easily contactable regardless of the time of day.When things got a bit sticky towards the end of the process Vinny really stepped up to the mark and smoothed the path to exchange and completion. We started the house buying process through Cherry Picked in April 2023, we have been to numerous other house viewings before that with other local estate agents, but my partner and I agreed that Cherry Picked were always the best. They were always friendly, flexible with viewings and took the time to understand our needs and position as first-time buyers. They were always honest with us and kept us well-informed throughout the process, viewing confirmations were sent almost instantly after scheduling to provide us with all necessary information to reduce the burden on us.From the first time we viewed the house, Ollie went above and beyond. He understood our position and budget as first-time buyers and gave us key information we'd need about the property. Ollie always maintained the seller's best interest but also took the time to support us and guide us through the house buying process. Once our offer had been accepted, he set up a group chat with my Partner and I and kept us regularly updated and was always available to answer any of our queries. Near the end of the process we were struggling to get some responses from the seller's solicitors, Ollie took it upon himself to communicate with our solicitors and the client directly to quickly gain the necessary information, which prevented delays in the buying process.
