Union Street Autos & Diesel Work Shop

I recently took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Union St Autos on a recommendation from the main dealer I bought it from. I have to say that they were fantastic. Very professional and no promise to be able to correct the fault. They did identify what was wrong, kept me appraised of what was needed and how long they would need my car for. I feel they went over and above to repair the fault and I am extremely happy with the result. I also think that the price for the work was very reasonable.Tony is really ‘on the ball’ he knows what he’s talking about and if he can’t fix the problem he will tell you so. This is the first time I have used this garage but it definitely won’t be the last. Highly recommended.

Took my son's Diesel Golf MK7 for a non starting fault, Josh the mechanic explained what the fault maybe and the possible remedy, can't fault him, very nice guy and didn't get ripped off! a credit to Union Street Autos.

I visited Union Street Autos in March 2016 where I had my Diesel work van fully serviced and M.O.T 'd.The staff there were very friendly and informative and kept me upto date with the work.The manager/Owner Dharam was very knowledgeable and approachable about the trade and it was nice and refreshing to see his hands on approach at the garage, which is something you dont see very often these days.I was extremely pleased with the service that I received and the price was the cherry on top which was very competitive and low cost.You can see that a lot of time and effort has been invested into this garage and its staff so that they can offer a very honest, competitve low cost first class service.I highly recommend Union Street Autos to all.

Very impressed by Union Street Garage. The team is very professional and experienced. I know that if I ask the guys to check if something sounds wrong with the car, I will get an accurate assessment at a fair price (on that note I was happily surprised for having not been charged for 2 small repairs carried out over the last 2 months). Excellent customer service!

Absolutely shocking service received from these guys, young bloke who hasn't been trained on how to take a tyre off ruins my locking wheel nut and does not know how to put brakes on, took the 4 hours to do the front brakes ans was told it'll only be an hour. Was charged to pay for their mistake and had to buy brand new locking wheel nuts from dealer.They have not removed the previous business names Bosch which is initially why I went there. All four alloys were damaged due to breaking into it and I was to blame.Don't let a boy do a man's job and then convince the customer its their fault.

By far the Best garage in Luton !Professional staff and excellent communication and customer service at all times! People there will go the extra mile to help customers !After my car was done staff went through everything that was done at my car showing me all parts and everything and they provided useful information to make sure I won’t have any troubles again in the future !These people are Reliable and people you can trust !Will be using them 110% again in future !

Terrible service for straight forward warranty item to replace a blown air suspension bag.A combination of failed promises and being told lies over the phone by the garage owner who also likes to shout and rant over the phone to hide the fact they actually took 4 days before starting to talk to the warranty company (warranty company kept me updated every day so I always new the true side of things). They completed works without approval, a charge of £60 was made for diagnosis" but not mentioned in advance and the problem was informed to them in advance by the AA. The car was returned with oily footprints in the driver side carpet

We work with the garage as a professional courier company with 45 vans in fleet.The guys are amazing, only use good quality parts, they only promise what they can deliver time wise and they don’t mind even doing some overtime to support our business.We worked with many other garages and I can honestly say that never been looked after on a level like here.I can only recommend the guys as they are most hard working mechanics I’ve ever seen.Thank you for the hard work guys.It’s an honour to work with you.
