I am trying to call them but after one hour and half, line dropped all the time. Until today didn't not get any appointment. When I went to them, they said , try to call and take appointment and they cannot do anything.When I went to them there was a old lady with my same problem. They could help that old lady giving an appointment. No humanity. I am sorry to say that.

May I please express my sincere thanks for all of the help Citizens Advice Bureau Enfield have provided me from the appeal by Alun and the referral to the FRU by Tara and the subsequent attendance of a representative from FRU at the hearing yesterday, you have all been truly amazing. Every one I've met has gone above and beyond to help. The only problem I had using this service is that I had to pick a letter up today and never received a text message. So the security at the door wouldn't let me in and made no attempt to phone through for me. So In the end I waited 2 hours most of the time in a queue on the phone trying to let someone inside know I was there. In the two hour I was there they spent most of the time sitting listening to the radio

Ok it takes ages to through because they have a lot of cases to deal with . However, their volunteers and staff are amazing and to do so much good . They deserve a pat on the back and please stop giving them horrible reviews.these people that we speak to are volunteers .they have got off their backsides and are doing something positive to help our community

Utterly impossible to reach on the phone. Whichever day, time or even year you call, you are simply on hold till you give up.

Friendly and helpful dedicated team who care. You must call at 10am and they can sometimes arrange a face to face appointment if your in dire need of legal assistance and advise you.
