Amazing service. No emergency call out charge and fixed 3 items on my boiler and did a service and gas safety check for a great price. Thanks! Edit of this review, once I told him the property was being converted to a BTL the second time he came out. He charged me double what he did the first time. So 3 instead of 5 stars.

Simon was quick to respond to my message. Gave me an idea of the cost based on my description of the leak in advance. Arrived on time. Great communication. Showed me the problem, worked efficiently and completed service in addition. Tidy worker and friendly guy. Will definitely use service again and already recommended him to family for future reference. Professionally invoiced too.

He explained each stage and went on to explain other services I had asked about, without any push to purchase. He was very quick to respond and arrived on time. We couldn’t thank Simon enough for coming to repair our boiler. We have a child at home and with no hot water you can imagine it was very stressful. It was pure relief once he had fixed the problem - We will definitely be using him again when we have problems again.

Simon connected new gas hob to the mains. Brilliant guy, did a brilliant job not only connecting new gas pipe but also installing our new hob in place. Going to have Simon service our boiler when our British gas contract expires. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Simon to anyone needing a time serviced gas engineer.
