Brought in an older gaming PC for an overdue upgrade. They advised on a best value/performance option which was an updated graphics card. I was happy that they took care of everything ordering and fitting and kept me updated by text message. I have been using the computer more regularly now and have been pleased with the result's. It is great to have a repair shop like this locally. Very happy to recommend, will use again.

Amazingly friendly, quick and cheap service! Came with a laptop with a broken fan, left 30 minutes later with the fan fixed, and was kindly shown how to apply heat sink gel to my CPU for reference and given pointers for maintenance, all for £20!

Got my iphone camera fixed here a year ago, was told it would be a genuine apple camera and I ended up paying £120. I brought it in and was told to come back in two hours but in the process of replacing the camera they broke my screen so I walked up there just to walk back home again after being given a temporary replacement phone as I had to wait a few more days for them to get a new screen in to get my phone back. It took hours to set up when I got home and I didn’t expect this so I hadn’t backed up my phone recently so it was slightly out of date. When I got it back I noticed the screen was too high and didn’t match my families ones. When I went to apple today for a battery replacement and they scanned my phone to see everything wrong with it and it turns out that wasn’t a genuine apple camera or screen. It works fine and I didn’t pay for the screen replacement because it wasn’t my fault. Just quite annoying to find out I paid so much for a fake camera on top of having to wait the extra time for them to get me a screen which is also fake.

Fabulous service. I have used these people on a number of occasions for maintenance issues and have also recently bought a refurbished laptop from them. I have always found them to be very helpful, efficient and good value for money. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service repairing my laptop in super quick time and at a great price

My laptop kept losing wifi. Also, I felt it seemed to be going slowly. Gentleman suggested new wifi card and possibly new hard drive, but he said he would check it over. It was ready within a few hours. He said he didn't feel it necessary to replace the hard drive as it seemed to be working ok now. I wasn't charged a fortune or encouraged to replace anything that wasn't necessary. My laptop is working much more quickly/efficiently now, so he must have cleaned it up too, at no extra cost. He only charged me £45 for a new wifi card. Not sure what he did, but I'm really pleased with the results.
