awful company treated so badly got sacked for no reason always kicking off for not being on time to your calls when they have put 5 calls on you at same time saying we all need stay in client homes for full 30mins you don't get any breaks you work 12 hour shift and underpaid all the time they don't pay you on time I have left and not been paid week late for payment as he changed it to everyone getting paid on same day it is nearly 6 weeks without pay they do not care about their staff when I started I was told always be with driver I was walking 90% of the time 40 still get taken out of wages each month walking or being with driver he only employs 17 year olds and odd people who are in their 20s I have heard that he has been sexual forward staff member sending personal photos to their phones and trying it on to staff in office please do not go to this company really awful I have never worked for company so bad they have been closed down 3 or 4 times and report in different name they need be stopped

My family and I were sure we had found the right company to provide care for an elderly relative. However, it turned out not to be the case. Whilst the care staff were always helpful and polite it was clear that the management of them was lacking. Constantly late and always apologising, they were generally run ragged. In the end we went elsewhere as it seemed only a matter of time before someone made a mistake through being over worked.I later discovered that this outfit have shut down and moved offices before from one area to another due to poor standards. It seems they are all too happy to treat their staff badly which clearly knocks on to the end user.If you are in the market for a care package then please look elsewhere.

Words can’t describe how horrendous this company is get sacked for asking for a break after working 8hours straight as a person with disabilities this is a disgrace and is discrimination management always changing number and theignoring you and never paying the wages which you have earned sure this is classed as fraud theft and embezzlement

I was enough to work there for three weeks, no days off, and after month left still got no paid wage. Miserable

I was unfortunate enough to work for this company for four weeks. During this period, there were a number of issues that I raised with management but was ignored...There is no travel time between calls meaning that staff either have to cut calls short or arrive later and later to each call as the day goes on.Calls are double and even triple booked and over lapped so staff again have to cut calls short and arrive very late.Other staff members failed to turn up for double up runs leaving me unable to complete work and without support yet these staff members have not been spoken to regarding this.There is a lack of professionalism and support from Nic Denaro (manager) and Neil Denaro (finance).They told me that I had to work full days outside of my agreed availability, threatening me with the loss of my job if I didn't. I chose to resign.I was underpaid in my first wage and Neil refused to accept that it was wrong despite having evidence of hours worked.I have not received my final payment for work completed despite having a signed agreement from Nic Denaro stating the amount that I am owed.NIC AND NEIL DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR STAFF OR SERVICE USERS.STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!

Worse company ever to work for stay clear

Literally the worst company I have ever worked for; wages are never paid right and under pay you massive amounts and don’t pay you travel expenses, ‘payroll’ never email you back neither the manager who is also the owner of the company, massive lack of communication is this company.Not a bad word to say about some carers but others I wouldn’t even call them carers the way they leave some of their service users. Staff in the office sometimes don’t even answer the emergency on call; I had a response 4 hours later as no one was picking up or getting back to me.Training was meant to be for 5 days but went to 3 as the trainer went off sick and I was never trained everything what was meant to me taught and then was just straight out on the field which clearly isn’t professional.The amount of times I have emailed the manager about my pay and alls I go as a response was ‘I have a life other than replying to you’ and then they want to make up new policies when I asked for my 40 hours in hand that was stated was mandatory by payroll and the company still won’t pay me what I am owed as a new policy has come into force when i no longer worked at the company.I highly recommend you stay away from this company.
