Order a new food caddy as the previous one had fallen to pieces. Less than 24 hours later a new one was upon my doorstep, all this in the week before Christmas.

I have bee shouted at South Norfolk disability team and been accused by people and bullied I have learning disbiltys they left a vunable state and dint care how I have felt and did belvies me people do something to your shocking sevis

GET UBER in Norwich, Norfolk Council! People have to book taxis days in advance, the taxi companies control, monopolise and dominate Norwich and can't cater to the demand. Overpriced too. If you go out at night, you're stranded which is dangerous, the buses are late or just do not turn up. If disabled you have no transport even in the daytime. Uber can also provide people with an hourly rate for work. They say it's about pollution but that's not true, as the rubbish buses are diesel and most car drivers have hybrids now. Norwich will never be seen as a city if it's living in the 1990s, get Uber, even Cambridge has it. The taxi services in Norwich are a joke!!

Absolutely awful services... Just wait until Austerity 2.0....we need rid of this Conservative council... Pathetic...

Lots of parking, clean lobby & toilets. Great place to work.

Hall of corruption. I tried to call them, e-mailed them, did chat on website. Finaly i went to County Hall. They refused to make me a personal conversation with someone who is in charge. They refused me to talk to anyone. Not even with management. If they are not up to deal with you, they will not. I lived in communism, dictatorship, but I've never seen more corrupted people then the Norfolk ones!

Attended a training event.Parking was easy and staff were very helpful giving directions.The facilities were very good both in the room and during breaks.I enjoyed the honesty Caffe which has a good selection of food and drink for visitors and staff. Ramps and access were good but due to site layout it looked to me to be a lot of up and down slopes.

A fantastic area to spend time at. It is normally very busy as it's a popular place for Norwich City fans to spend some time before the game. Good bar prices and lots of snacks available.
