Took my daughter to order her mobility car in December they said it was ordered then told her it would be here in February then to be told it was going to be April they never gave her updates unless she called them . We waited and still no car so we contacted mobility and they never even ordered her a car . We have now gone else where and she is getting a car in a few days so if your thinking of using them think long and hard first as bad customer experience was had by us .

Edit: Review for Peugeot Stoneacre Stoke - They changed name on Google Maps to Maxus to get rid of bad reviews. Avoid.Shady tactics to rob you of your money. Lying to your face about components being replaced before sale with no proof. Incorrect mileage in contracts than in reality in their favour. No wonder dealers get their bad reputation and this is the perfect example of that. Avoid if you can!Update: After raising the concerns with the head office the attitude changed and contract was altered as requested. Shame it took all this to get the matters resolved. Triple check everything before signing!

First time here (Stonacre). Friendly staff. Came in for a service. Was talked through and shown an unexpected problem by technician Eden who explained the issue - thank you.

Bought a secondhand vehicle from Stoneacre, Stoke. Prior to handing over the £99 deposit I couldn’t get them off the phone and was bombarded with email videos. Once I had paid the deposit contact was very poor, and since the vehicle was purchased communication has been all from my side. The vehicle has a fault light on intermittently however they cannot rectify it as they are not a main dealer and the vehicle is still in warranty so I have to take it to a main dealer. 10 days in I am still waiting for an appointment to rectify some bodywork issues.I am sure as individuals these guys are genuine but as a company providing a service they leave a lot to be desired.They still have the opportunity to change my mind but the window is closing fast.

Great Service department, great prices and lovely friendly staff! Super helpful! Nothing was too much trouble for this garage really made me feel welcome will definitely be coming back next year!

My company car was up for being replaced and I was looking for a new 2008, so I thought I would pop in on my way home from work. What a complete waste of my time, I walked around the showroom and the outside a couple of times looking at the car and no one came to or asked if I needed help just got completely ignored by all staff. I have had 6 new cars and I have never had such bad service.Car now ordered from Peugeot Crewe brilliant service can’t wait to pick up me car
