Great service and quality KitchenThis is the second time I have used Premier Kitchens. The service that we received from Graham the designer was exceptional. We spent many hours attempting to get the kitchen how we required it but nothing seemed to be a problem.Also I must mention the fitter Lee who was excellent and managed to get the kitchen fitted the way we hoped.The kitchen now looks amazing.I would highly recommend.

We’ve had 2 bedrooms knocked into one and Premier have fitted wardrobes, drawers and a dressing table. New windows, lighting, TV and radiators have also been fitted. I would highly recommend fitted furniture as it gives great storage and maximum space in the room. Premier have been very efficient and professional from the planning stage right until the last finishing touches. We’re very happy with our new room and the whole experience was really enjoyable.

Having had an amazing kitchen and 2 fabulous bathrooms fitted by Premier Kitchens, we asked Paul & Emma if they could do our bedroom too. Not a problem. One bedroom and a box room/office have been transformed into a tremendous master bedroom suite. The whole process was meticulously project managed by Paul and all the trades turned up on time when expected. Jeff the surveyor was most professional. The electrician and joiner were also particularly helpful in assessing any potential issues on site and the plan was changed with the minimum of fuss to ensure an end result that we are absolutely delighted with.

I chose this company to remodel and fit my new bathroom after visiting thr showroom and because of the positive reviews on this site. I paid my deposit back in February and work, after a couple of false starts began on the 15th May. Today 2nd August it is still not finished, working yes, but not complete. No warranties received, no invoice or receipts for monies paid, no response from emails, no date for remedial work. The toilet is not fixed to the floor, the tap is loose, the countertop has come away from the wall when being wiped down. The drawers do not shut flush and requests for how I would have liked the X-pelair unit to work just ignored. Their fitters are self employed and work their own hours, 9am till 1.30pm in my case. A fit I was advised should take 2 weeks took nearly 6 and is ongoing. I was left without showering facilities for 24 days. I've received no apology nor even an acknowledgement that this may not have been their best work, let alone any sign of the refund for products returned. Lots of smiles when they accept your order and money but poor from then on. Very disappointing.

I'm on my second kitchen from Premier. Friendly, great advice and service. They were super responsive and great help throughout too, even out of normal hours.

We have recently used Premier Kitchens for both a new kitchen and a new bathroom, and we are very satisfied with the results. They may not be the cheapest in the field, but their quotes were on a par with the other quality installers in the area. We decided we would go with a good respected company and pay a little more, in order to guarantee quality of finish and good communications. Every big job has minor snags that crop up, but Paul has dealt with them promptly and very fairly indeed, and that is a service worth paying for.I was told by somebody else (not associated with the company) that the Premier Kitchen fitters were 'the best in the business' and everything we experienced on both jobs has proved that true. They were friendly, hard working and accommodating, and most important of all, extremely trustworthy. We would not hesitate to use Premier again, and we will also recommend them to others. In closing, I just want to say a big thank you to the whole team for getting our bathroom done ahead of schedule and before Christmas.

We have used Premier Kitchens five times now to do the kitchen, bathroom and shower room in our old property, a small kitchen and shower room in the out building of our new property and also to do the kitchen in our new property after we had major renovation work carried out. I have always found them to be professional and friendly throughout my dealings with them over the years. Paul, Emma and their installation team have always been happy to help with sourcing appliances, giving advice on worktops and product ranges available, as well as answering any queries I had and were very interactive with me during the installation process. Our most recent kitchen was from a new design range and it was the first they had ever fitted but Paul and the installation team were on hand to answer any questions I had. Once again, the finished result was to the same high standard and looks amazing.

We have had a major project creating a large kitchen diner from our hall, dining room and old kitchen. Premier Kitchens did us proud. Great team and excellent workmanship by Dave the joiner and Mario the plasterer. Geoff was the maestro conducting the operating and finessing all the details. Paul Cushing oversaw the project efficiently. Thanks to Taylor for an excellent design and Gary the electrician doing a grand job with the lightening.

We've just had our large utility room fitted out by Premier Kitchens. It was pretty much an empty canvas but had some plumbing issues, a few things that needed hiding but access was required and we were installing a radiator before the utility room fitment. Graham came out to look at the room and talk over our requirements and 4 days later we were at their offices looking at the plans and choosing worktop, units etc which was all computer modelled. A 50% deposit was paid at this stage.Surveyor came out 3 weeks later to do the final measurements and produce the fitting instructions where we learned there was a slight misunderstanding over the installation date but that was quickly rectified. Surveyor marked out exactly where radiator needed to go so our plumber could pre fit it.The fitter Ray arrived when organised and shortly after a van arrived with all the parts. Two and half days later it was all finished (with the exception of a missing door which is on order and will be fitted as soon as it arrives) and we are very pleased with it.Very impressed with the fitter, Ray. He was friendly, communicative, helpful and made sure things were as we wanted them. I have to say the standard of fitment is first class and the room was left clean and tidy.Would not hesitate to recommend.

Paul and his team remodeled our Kitchen and the results are stunning. With an A1 design and consultation service, outstanding tradesmen & workmanship with hassle free project management. A very reliable and helpful company who will go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want. Cannot recommend them highly enough! Will definitely be using them on out bathroom project.
