Ok the atmosphere is good, but just feel like no where is perfect for everyone. To be honest we love stopping here for a drink and if time allows meals as well. I think it is one of the best pubs I have been to for a while.

Gorgeous popular,family friendly pub. Kitchen open till 4pm on a Sunday. Huge child friendly garden. Ample parking including X3 EV Charging stations. I had the southern fried chicken burger and fries , he had the battered haddock with chunky chips & squashed peas. It was all very yummy.

To be honest l wasn't expecting much..It was very quiet.. But the food was excellent. l had Monkfish, Mussels and Caviar.. Whole I'm here working ill return..

£25 for one drink and some picnic food...totally overpriced.Kept all the doors open so it was absolutely freezing.Would not recommend.

We visited as a group on a sunny afternoon with a new baby and a dog - we felt very welcome! The staff were lovely and even gave our dog a couple of treats.The vegan options were delicious! We ordered the Laksa, Cauliflower Wings, Mushroom Kiev and some Chunky Chips. The presentation and flavours were both excellent. Would definitely return in future when visiting our friend in the area.

Had an excellent burger with really friendly staff. Slight downsides were the service was very slow and the diet coke was flat.There are electric car chargers in the car park (fast ones) and the pub is dog friendly.Will absolutely go back based on the food alone.

We had our wedding here in October 2022. Amy and the team were lovely, helpful and very accommodating! The food was delicious and we had the best celebration ever!! Thank you!

Thank you for such a fab evening. This is a pub with a difference. Decorated beautifully for autumn and staff so friendly and welcoming. The menu is so unique for a pub. My husband and daughter had the lobster subroll which they loved but i have to say i think i chose the top meal which was the 12hr cooked belly pork ramen noodles. Absolutely delicious. Thank you for also making a fuss of Willow our Cavalier King Charles.

Visited here Monday for belated mother's day meal and was extremely impressed.Food was delicious and very good portion sizes. The gentleman serving us was very friendly, efficient and a hit with both my baby and dog so that made me comfortable.The only negative would give is there was a rather large mark up on the wine about 4 times the priceHighly recommend lovely country pub
