I had two wood fence panels made and fitted exactly how I requested. I'm very pleased with the work and a very reasonable price. I was concerned after reading some reviews but from my experience I would recommend this local firm.

Complete rubbish. Cowboys who didn't know what they were doing. Very, very disappointed

I had 17 posts with gravel boards and panels delivered. I wasn't there to see delivery but got a load of shite dropped off. The posts were all chipped and some had 2 points, others had 2 balls on end. Not finished off properly at all. Never use again. Not bothered at all by complaint. Check your delivery before you pay as they mix all their shite in and hide it.

Came to give a quote for 1 post and 1 fencing panel. Called back after the visit to say they had quoted the wrong price. I thought.... fair enough. On the day of the job should have been on site at 8am, didn't show up until 1300. Another post needed replacing which was missed on the quote so i was advised they needed to return and price sky rocketed for just one cement post. Revisit Appointment was booked and confirmed with Dave and Kelly. On day of second visit did not show up, communication was non-existent, had to chase up to be told there was no appointment on the book. Good grief! Waited for a callback that didn't happen. Now waiting another week for revisit. Also the panel they placed is full of green seeping nodules and has a broken slat where a nail is placed. Still waiting to have this looked at. Not happy. Please value your customers and improve communication.

Just like to thank this company for making and fitting a gate for us. 5 ⭐️ For me from start to finish. Rang for a quote and fitting they came out looked at the job in hand and came out week after fitted the gate. Thank you to office staff and work lads job well done and will be back in touch as need some other work doing.

Dreadful customer service. Phoned for appointment for quote & they didn't turn up. I contacted them & was promised a phone call back. Waited in all morning no-one phoned or turned up. Not the first time this has happened. Do not give this company your business.

placed an order waited on day of arrival all day ....lots of phone calls later to find not only was it not coming but they had all gone home. NO sorry or anything, found the hole thing realy upsetting
