Homes for Students Exeter One

Rooms are standard student accommodation although communal areas are filthy. Bins outside blocks are overflowing and a hazard. We moved in to a disgusting filthy flat with mouldy food, bins overflowing, bedrooms dirty etc - filth that had been there for months. Manager said they had problems getting a cleaner! Poorly run by ‘management’ who are not professional and will be found at the side of the block smoking cigarettes and gossiping rather than providing any sort of reasonable service. Avoid.

Honestly the best accommodation in exeter, although it's a tad bit far from town, a hop on the bus and you're there. The staff and the people are literally amazing, could literally call it my home as I never felt alone. The staff are extremely friendly and are always down to help you with anything. Thank you for being a part of an amazing experience at Exeter.

The bedrooms are nice and kept in an outstanding condition. The kitchen is also kept in fantastic condition. If there are any issues then they are dealt with quickly and effectively by the helpful, friendly staff. People have the opportunity to attend fun events that are set-up by the staff. Overall, a great place to live!

The facilities at Exeter One are all a student needs, but it is made such a pleasant place to stay because of the staff. Any questions or issues raised are dealt with in a timely & kind manner. The management here are extremely professional and welcoming; they’re always smiling and make sure you’re looked after. Maintenance is all the same- 5 stars :)

Its a good and peaceful place to live. Morrisons nearby makes it easy to get essentials and snacks anytime as its open 24 hours. Easy to commute as the bus stop is just in front. Staff is friendly, accommodating and very helpful. One of the best deal in the price they are offering.

Would not recommend. 0 out of 100 stars.I am writing this with sheer disappointment owing to the experience my friends, and I underwent at this accommodation, and I would like to bring it to your notice.We came across this FRICKING BIN AREA and saw this terrible scene.I tried to avoid complaining of the inconvenience caused, yet it has now crossed limits. I request you to investigate the whole matter and scrutinize the hygiene and quality standards of the restaurant so no further displeasure takes place.

Very poor accommodation. Rooms were poorly maintained with evidence of mold, damp and considerable damage. When concerns are raised to staff they are dismissed or not taken seriously. Their complaints procedure is slow and ineffective with considerable delays. Avoid at all costs!
