Shocking job on my bike, told me he knew what he was doing with tubeless tyres he ruined the new valves I supplied, by over tightening them, my bike came back. Tyres were flat within an hour and damaged my wheel. Tried to say my wheel was corroded which it was he had just butchered it! Payed me my money back for service and completely ignored me after that.

Fantasitc service, no hassle, quick turn around , very reasonably priced. We had 2 electic bikes serviced, Matt collected and returned the bikes within 24 hours. Highly recommend Bike Debug.

This guy is superb. Easy to speak to if you're a novice. Easy to book an appointment. You do not have to take the bike to the shop, Matt comes to you. Fixes problems quickly and efficiently, not expensive. My gears were jammed, chain kept coming off. All fixed really quickly. Pleasant and polite and trustworthy. I wouldn't contact anyone else now.

Update to my last review - have just had Matt come and service 3 of mine and my family’s bikes: once again, a superb service at exceptional value. Matt fixed two tricky gear issues I’d been having, replaced cables and gave all the bikes a good service to a high degree of quality (parts and labour). Top mechanic and lovely bloke - will keep using.Excellent service, very fair price. Matt came to my home to fix all 4 family bikes; so much easier than taking the bikes into a workshop. Will use again!

I would defiantly recommend Matt to anyone, real honest guy, he carried out brilliant work on my Carrera Vengeance. Matt is very trustworthy and very reliable, real low prices.... His prices are brilliant! His work is also rather fast, he came and inspected my bike then took it away and had it back within 24 hours (I had it back in about 19-21 hours) Bike Debug is highly professional, do not hesitate to use Matt's services. Thank you Matt for the work carried out, the bike works like a charm now.Tom~

Excellent. Got Matt to come round and build my bike in a box and mudguards. Done a great job very quick even as it was raining he still soldered on. Gave good advice. Will definitely use for all my bike services.Thanks again Matt

Little late review. But phone died. So matt from bike debug did a fantastic job with my bike. Easy to make an appointment with. Polite and did good work. Didn't take long either. Good price for the work undertaken. And best of all didn't have to lug my bike up town damaging it more.Thank matt will definitely be back for a service soon.
