Dirty staff that need a wash touching themselves inappropriately as well as the mouth during a pandemic and bad enough.But when disabled people are trying to leave getting pushed backwards by them in in rude and agressive manner makes it worse

What a shambles, I have a fawn leather sofa, one have of a suit costing nearly £4.000, on the day they came to collect it I wrapped it in polythene as it started to rain, the driver who came to collect said it was wet and there was mould which was a complete and utter lie! I rang the store in Bradford. They sent another 2 driver's, they found a very slight tear of about 2 inch on a seam at the back which wasn't noticeable and again they said they couldn't take it. What a farce, I will never use them again!

Booked collection and the person who came to collect ripped the fire label off the sofa while my back was turned and hid it in his pocket and said he would not take it, as it didn’t have label. When I challenged him about this he denied ripping the label off.He then with a smirk on his face said try another charity, knowing full well that without a fire label no charity would accept it.Will personally never use charity again, and if you do let these people in your house watch them like a hawk because they can’t be trusted.I would even go as far as saying this act was racially motivated on the part of the driver and that’s how I feel.Had to call the shop to complain to try and get the fire label back. The manager agreed to get sofas removed. The manager however never apologized for what had happened.

April 2021. Called in looking for a sofa, found what I was after, at a very good price. It was delivered the following morning. Great efficiency and value. Would recommend.

I pre-booked a collection for a single leather sofa chair, which had the fire labels attached and met all their criteria for being in excellent resalable condition, after rearranging half the house so that it could be moved easily, the lads turned up, took one look at it, and said they didn't want it due to it being a single item, which they knew when it was booked and accepted for collection .... What a complete set of time wasters!!
