Ordered my tree over a month ago, they decided to cancel this order on the day of delivery citing supply issues. Due to late notice, I am unable to get a replacement in time. Terrible customer service giving such late notice.

EDITED: had some issues with the delivery (the first attempt was outside of the allocated delivery slot), and then it took a few days to re-arrange the delivery. But it all worked out in the end - the tree was delivered (good-looking tree!) and the company offered a 30% refund for the inconvenience

Ordered Tree and was very excited about having door to door delivery! Where do we start:Delivery: Delivery was poor and unfriendly; clearly the delivery man was having a bad day... when asked how he was doing If I never see another Christmas Tree again" was the answer. They aren’t serious whit the delivery and also they change the times for the delivery (X3 in my case ) I wasted my time waiting for nothing :( terrible customer service )

First off, don't come for the delivery company, they're doing the best they can with a really bad situation.Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else for your tree, 2 failed deliveries, zero comms, 3 evening wasted, two trees (first of which just looked like it should be put out of its misery) and 3 missed delivery slots later I now have a decent tree, and that's mainly thanks to the couriers. Honestly, at this time of year, it's really not worth it.

I cannot recommend this company. I ordered my tree for delivery on the 28th between 6pm-10pm. I received an email on the 28th at 8:55pm that my tree would be delivered on the 29th between 7:30-9:30pm. When I contacted customer service, I was told they only have two delivery vans, and sorry for the inconvenience. Today, the 29th, Upon tracking my delivery at 7pm, it now notifies me my tree will be delivered between 11pm-1am. This service is completely unreliable. If they cannot deliver on a specified date, they should not give you the option to do so. Considering the high price, and now having to take two evenings off of work, this is unacceptable. Please don’t waste your time or money with them. By the way, some of the “great” reviews here are posted by their customer service agents, like James Hole.

Tree was delivered 2 days late and in that 2 days we were given multiple different delivery slots - Tree arrived just made it to 4 foot in the 4 -5 foot category.

We were very keen to invest in an more eco-friendly Christmas tree this year but sadly we are very disappointed with Tree2Me. They twice tried to deliver our tree to the wrong address, despite us alerting them to the fact we could see the driver going to a different address (same road name, different London postcode). There was no phone number to call and the driver was clearly not given our number so he could call us. And then it happened again two days later, meaning we have been three days waiting for our Christmas Tree.

Unfortunately I'v had issues with this company several times. Their customer service is very difficult to reach, and there have been problems with delivery and collection for 3 years running.
