Had a clutch made by the guys, absolutely no problems , really helpful from start to finish . Mick really helpful and the girls on the phones helpful and polite good customer service...Product brilliant a dual clutch plate has made a huge difference to the car . Did exactly what I was told run in clutch for 500 miles and it be fine no probs. Just done a rally with no probs and felt great. Thankyou

Absolutely useless advice telling me to get exact torque of car before a clutch can be recommended. Never heard such rubbish. So went to rts and got a clutch recommendation within 5mins guaranteed at a bare minimum to take-whatever power my model of car could produce.Stay well clear or you could fall for their nonsense

I called C G on Monday, dropped my clutch off Tuesday and it was delivered back to my house on Thursday ready to be reinstalled. Now thats a 1st class service. Thank you Mick and the team for the quick turn around.

Would loved to have given a higher rating but on 4 separate occasions ( over a 5 day period )was told they would ring me back to discuss which clutch was best for my requirements , never got a call back once .When I did manage to speak to them about the clutch ( once more I'd had to ring them ) , couldn't even get the reg plate on my car right and wouldn't give me a quote until I'd given them the engine number of the v5 .Ended up getting a sach clutch kit instead.13/11/2023In reply to your reply , I gave this review as your customer service was really poor ..as I explained above . I called you on 6 separate occasions trying to purchase a clutch kit for my car , on 4 of those calls yourself or one of your members of staff said they would call me back . The first time was told be within 30 minutes.. day and half later still hadn't heard anything so called back , was told was busy and would call within the hour , again no call back all day . Third time was similar to the first two occasions and the I'm still waiting for a call back 2 weeks later about the torque capacity of the clutch . Once more on that time was told would be called back within the hour . In the end I ended up buying a clutch from elsewhere.So once again this review is down to your terrible customer service and not the quality of your products which I wanted to purchase but sadly couldn't due to that poor quality service .I could quite easily have given you a 1 star rating .

Mick and Linda went above and beyond the call of duty to sort out a rebuilt clutch to suit a lightweight flywheel for my beloved 2003 Vectra. They are friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use CG Motorsport again in the future, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Since the first day of use, I have had problems with very strong (shaking)juddering in reverse. Also, when I go into first gear, there is a strong vibration and juddering, and the front wheels also shake, nothing has gotten better in these 2 months of driving. The only good thing is that the car runs great and the clutch plate does not slip.Edit:Thanks for your reply and offer to help. I'm from Croatia, so I can't solve it with you.

Was told on the initial call it would take a week, over 2 weeks later it still hasn't arrived. Paid for it on the Wednesday and explained I really needed it for the Friday, and would pay extra to get it here. I was told it would be sent out that day but still no clutch and flywheel. Strange how I sent it next day delivery and guess what it arrived next day. Wouldn't use again. On top of all this I sent the clutch to helix to check and they told me they wouldn't have sent it out in the condition it was. That was another £150. I also have this is writing from Helix. Don't NOT use this company they are useless.

Top guy for giving us advice for our potential clutch issue. Really friendly and took the time to drive out with us to check out the problem. Also advised us on who to go to so we won’t get cheated out of thousands. Not many garages as honest as this these days. Thanks Mitch, it’s very much appreciated.
