Mike is a fantastic photographer. We booked him after our first photographer cancelled and he was so helpful straight from the start. Nothing was too much trouble. On the wedding day he helped ease my nerves and has someone who isn’t keen on having my photo taken he made me feel so confident which now shows in all the photos. He’s professional and kind, and his photos are just stunning. Cannot thank him enough.

Michael and Tracy photographed and filmed our wedding this year in September! From the onset communication with Michael was quick and easy! We had a wonderful pre shoot in Bath and Michael made us feel so at ease! Half the time we didn’t know he was taking photos but I can’t tell you how amazing his shots were!On the wedding day they arrived in good time and were just so calming and easy to work with, didn’t get in the way just did their thing! The guests were also commenting on how wonderful they were, capturing all the best moments that we would normally miss! Within two weeks of the wedding we had our photos and film and we couldn’t be happier. We loved the idea of the documentary style and the results were truly amazing! We loved being able to send the photos to our guests that they were not expecting!Michael and Tracy - thank you so much for capturing our special day and giving us and our guests memories to last a life time!

Michael and Tracy, where to begin. They are both such incredible photographers and have given us such wonderful memories to look back on. I couldn’t imagine anyone better to of photographed our wedding. They were nothing but professional even when having to photograph around our toddler having a rather significant tantrum during the ceremony, they still managed to take such beautiful pictures and capture the funny side of it all!If this wasn’t enough, they are the nicest people and make you feel so at ease in their presence. 5 stars, 10/10, would only ever want The FX Works to put their artistic abilities to work and take our pictures.As always THANK YOU!

On our wedding day Michael and Tracy were superb photographers: patiently guiding us and our guests to get some great photos. They were a real fun pair to have with us on the day. Michael was using a great mirrorless camera, which meant we didn’t have to listen to a shutter clicking all day long.We couldn’t be happier with the finished result. Really high quality photos and a great mixture of posed and candid shots. They have a photographic style that makes them instantly recognisable as from a high-end camera and not a smartphone.

Cannot recommend Mike enough, we have so many beautiful and colourful photos of our special day! He was so kind and charming and put me to ease. We have many photos from different angles of our ceremony, but neither me or my partner noticed him during it! He has captured our day perfectly. He was very professional and discrete, and helped us a lot to get wonderful shots. We are extremely glad we chose to go with him for our photographer and are very grateful for everything he did for us. Highly recommend!! :D

We are so happy to have chosen Michael as our wedding photographer. He was with us for the whole day, capturing the bride and bridesmaids sipping champagne while having their hair and makeup done, guests arriving, the wedding ceremony, the wedding breakfast and speeches, and the first dance both in photograph and on video.He could not have been more professional, more charming and friendly, or more discrete as he went about his business. Overall an amazing team. We had a tremendous time with them.Our wedding was beautifully shot and he made sure everything is on the spot.

We booked Michael for our wedding day and all I can say is WOW what an amazing photographer. He made me feel so at ease having my photo done and loved that he took loads of natural photos! The photos he took of our wedding could have been on front of a bridal magazine they were truly beautiful. Also want to thank his wife who helped him on the day she also made me feel at ease.I highly recommend you use Michael if you want a professional photographer who puts care into every photo he takes. The time he must put into editing them and reviewing them before he sends them back to you is huge but the quality of our photos were incredible. You can tell he is very experienced and not only is this his job it's his passion. And what you want and need in a photographer who you are entrusting to capture your special day.

Michael and his wife were absolutely fantastic on our wedding day. They made us feel totally relaxed and we had great laughs/fun while doing the pictures of just the two of us.When it was group photos or in the Church they were brilliant with our guests and very respectful. Michael & Tracy were our wedding photographers at Orchardleigh House in September 2023. They did a fantastic job and we couldn’t be happier with the amazing photos taken.
