Went in with a cracked screen and back cover. Came out with a worse screen and a suspiciously deteriorating battery. Was charged around £120 for screen and back replacement after a bad fall. They took 2 days to fix my phone, my battery was perfectly fine before I took it in (even whilst smashed) and since getting my phone back, my battery would jump to different percentages. They put on a cheap screen that I couldn’t even type with and would keep blacking out. Went there 3 times for them to fix it and still they replaced it with the same bad screen. When I called to tell them this, one of them said he’ll order a new screen to replace it and I should come in the following Monday. I went in and they didn’t order the screen so he gaslit me saying that he told me I was supposed to “remind him” to order the screen on Monday. Since when did customers have to remind staff what to do and order for their own shop/customers?? Almost at every visit, there was always a crackhead going in to the shop. I don’t know what for but you do the maths. Shady company and bad customer service with low quality products. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
