Good customer service, bad quality products.Unhappy with overall experience.Visited the shop 6 times in the space of 3 months replacing the back of my phone. All of the times returning with unsatisfactory service.Overpriced/overcharged compared to other phone repair shops.Samsung 8 replacement products are not authentic e.g. battery draining within hours of full charge and rear case shattering with any slight impact.I do not recommend.

Replaced screen on my daughters phone very quickly which was great but very bad job on replacing my iPad screen not sure about quality of screen was advised when went in first they only do quality screens! To be fair, friendly staff did call back into store annoyed and was assured if come back today they will fix problem. So will see how this goes, fill ye in later
