Diabolical service - Not sure how they can call themselves a care agency when they can’t cover my severely disabled father’s shifts (who needs 24/7 care) on numerous occasions leaving him with no carers at all. The carers are lovely and always willing to help out where they can (well some of them) but the management is unorganised and simply appalling. If I could give a negative number of stars I would, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!Update (24/08/2017) - last night once again left without any carers last minute for my father and my mum has had to provide the overnight care having been awake all day on Wednesday and with work and meetings the next day on Thursday. Absolutely diabolical.
