Absolutely disgusted at the attitude of the customer assistants. I could honestly say I felt like Julia roberts in pretty woman they looked at me as if I didn’t belong and why was I shopping in there. As soon as I saw this I left and yes I was going to buy something.Never ever again will I go in there.

Had the most amazing experience at this cardiff store. Staff were absolutely lovely, never had such an amazing experience like this before from Bra measuring to actually buying 3 bras. Your staff are a credit to you. Never buying a bra from anywhere else ever again. I seriously felt like I was the only person in the store. THANKYOU ladies look forward to seeing you again soon xx

I have only ever ordered online but I was in Cardiff so popped into the store. I was approached by a lovely assistant and asked if she could help and the size I was looking for. Immediately said I think you are wearing the wrong size. I had no clue I have been in that size for years. Lilly was assigned to me and I felt so uncomfortable just wearing a bra in front of her but she was extremely professionally and put me at ease. I left feeling so happy and purchased 2 underwear sets. Thank you Cardiff Team

I ordered online for home delivery. Its been 4 days already and no e mail to update me of my order, not even to say order has been received , unlike when i ordered to pick up in store, after 2 days i received an e mail that it was ready. The reviews were right, i thought delivery was only delayed due to the fact that its christmas based on other reviews. Extremely frustrated with their online service! Beware!
