We locked ourselves out our flat and Ken came to the rescue within 15 minutes of us calling.He got us in our flat within 2 minutes. Very professional and gets the job done fast.

After being leg down by multiple others I called Ken at 9pm on a Friday, for him to come out and fix our back door. Without Ken we wouldn’t have been able to safely shut the doors overnight and on a weekend would have been really stuck. Ken had shoe covers and all the tools needed; he was polite and resolved the issue for a fair price. Hopefully I’ll never meet him again, but if I need a locksmith he’ll be my first call.

Ken previously fixed our front door, so when the backdoor broke tonight i phoned him to see if he was available to come out to have a look. He came out within 30 min and replaced the broken mechanism. A very polite, courteous and professional worker. Will recommend him to anyone looking for a locksmith. Cheers Ken

Ken was phenomenal. He came out quickly at 8pm after I lost my door key. Access was gained without needing to drill the lock. Highly recommended if you find yourself locked out or in a lock related sticky situation.

Ken has been brilliant this morning. Phoned him at 8.45 as my door would not lock. He arrived quickly and was so lovely. Put a new part in and all fixed! Quick efficient service! Would highly recommend.
