Handily placed within Westwood Cross shopping centre. Free parking. Inside and outside seating. Not a vast selection to eat. Normal Costa fare. Can get very busy.

I enjoy having a cuppa ag this Costa. Its located inside Westwood Cross retail park and always has a chair or 2 available. Their are options to sit outside also on good weather days. Staff are always friendly and polite

Very busy when we visited, but to be fair the queue didn't really take long.Costs for a cuppa quite near the cost of a pint! That said it's always nice to pop in when it's cold.Generally seating was available, but they do have outside seating too.Only issue is that tables weren't cleaned as quickly as you would like, but thats nothing major.Have visited better Costa stores, but this one is still good.

Ate in this establishment after visiting Westwood cross, had a lovely time and staff were kind and attentive. Would def visit again!

Lovely coffee and cake but absolutely freezing! Please turn the air con off. It was cold and rainy outside, but people were still sitting outside as it was warmer!

Let's face it, it's a shopping centre coffee shop. That said, the staff are friendly, the coffee tastes good, the cakes are sweet. What more can you expect. Good for a coffee and snack when shopping.

Staff were lovely drinks were actually hot not luke warm it was clean even though it was busy my biggest complaint is that 2 of the people with me are vegan and they didn't have a single item of food that is advertised by Costa from the vegan range really disappointing ended up going to the Greg's opposite so they could get something to eat.
