Not recommended. Placed an order on the 23rd November, was given 5 separate delivery dates when chasing regularly and after nearly 3 weeks of placing the order they made no attempt to guarantee delivery and just refunded me. Will not attempt to use Craggs again with none of the staff taking responsibility to ensure my order was delivered or ring me back

Live up a narrow lane, discovered land rover delivery warrants a £200 surcharge. We used to have a baby tanker. They said no baby tanker can't get there. Had a really unpleasant phone call.Phoned up Tate's in Otley. Explained our location , they sent a baby tanker, no issues.

Craggs provide an outstanding level of service. They are friendly, efficient, competitive and professional. I'd definitely recommend them.

Over promise and underdeliver.Young kids working in sales acting like there the wolves of wall street promising delivers that there logistic system can not handle as they sell first and think later and then can not deliver. Leaving you out of pocket and cold.

Came to the rescue despite village nearly cut off. Arrived in the dark and with the aid of torches managed to get some oil to boost the heating in our hour of need. Even more essential as the electricity then went off!A huge thank you.

I have never dealt with such a false set of people. Don’t keep to the quoted price then fail to deliver on promised day then failed on the second delivery date then failed to ring me back on a update to when we might get our delivery that we have paid up front for.The worst unprofessional company no wonder they are going down the panNO heating over the weekend had over a week to deliver

I have been purchasing diesel from Danny Almond at Cragg Energy for over 6 years. Danny has always given me excellent service, and ensured that my diesel has been delivered on time (even under challenging circumstances). I would definitely recommend purchasing from Danny, and by extension Craggs Energy.

Driver didn't follow instruction re delivery, climbed over garden, dragging pipe over plants instead. We ended up with a broken tank lid after a second delivery from Craggs and then water in the oil which caused £1000 in repair costs. When Craggs was approached about the broken lid, Craggs drivers stated that on neither delivery did we have a lid on our tank in the first place .. so they could not have broken it. Craggs claims to have a policy that the drivers report any irregularity - no lid would usually count as highly irregular but the no lid story was a complete fabrication anyway. Disgusted with their service and customer response and would never use Craggs again.
