Great place to visit if your in Luton! Good vibe good selection of music! Amazing desserts and food

If I could rate my experience with this place without giving any stars, I would. The scenario was simple: we ordered a shisha flavor we were eager to enjoy. What we got instead was a completely different flavor—a mistake that could have been easily forgiven had the staff shown any interest in correcting it. However, their indifference was eclipsed by the management's outright rudeness. Instead of finding a solution or offering a sincere apology, they treated us with contempt. It's astonishing how the basic tenets of hospitality were ignored. I regret stepping into this establishment and advise others to avoid it if they seek a pleasant experience.

I came here a few days ago and all I can say is wow! The food we ordered was clearly cooked fresh and made to order. The drinks recommended by the waiter were delicious! We got a sharer platter and the portion sizes was very generous. The price was really reasonable: the atmosphere was second to none, plenty of screens and good music for a nice vibe. Will deffo be making this our new regular spot! The only thing I could fault was that it was cash only. Other than that we are looking forward to our next visit.

I seldom write negative reviews, but my experience at this place was so dire that I feel obligated to share. We ordered a shisha with great anticipation, but what was delivered bore no resemblance to our request. Our efforts to address the mix-up were met with astounding apathy. Worse still was the management's demeanor—unapologetically brusque and patently inhospitable. Not once did they show the slightest inclination to rectify their error. This establishment's flagrant disregard for customer satisfaction and basic courtesy is unacceptable. I am left with no choice but to advise others to steer clear if they value their time and money.

The place is great for sheesha. The sheesha service is great with several flavours to choose from and a perfect ambience to smoke. But the food is rather average. The cheesy chips were a bit soggy and the dips did not taste great. The mixed platter had lamb which was chewy but the chicken sheesh and rice were fairly good. The mozzarella sticks were good and would recommend those. Overall, one must only visit for sheesha. Halal and fairly well priced

I had Fantastic experience at Lounge 33 ,especially the extensive shisha flavors and excellent service made it and memorable visit to me and my gang .I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a top notch shisha experience

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at this establishment compels me to warn others. We placed an order for a specific shisha flavor, only to receive something entirely different. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, our concerns were met with a disheartening combination of indifference and dismissiveness. The management’s behavior was the pinnacle of unprofessionalism—rude, unfriendly, and completely unapologetic about their mistake. It's one thing to err, but it's another to show no intention of making it right. This place has shown a profound lack of customer service and respect, making it a venue I can neither recommend nor plan to visit again.
