I love my Enfield but am not loving the parts distribution!! I have been waiting nearly 9 weeks for a Himalayan throttle body which was ordered and paid for. My local dealership have done nothing wrong, they are just as frustrated as I am. I have cancelled planned events and my MOT is now overdue. I just wish I could actually speak/complain to Royal Enfield UK instead of being directed back to my local dealership. I'm missing my bike and would just like to know where my part is!!

A very nice place to work. Bit small though but it's perfect. Typical old style building. And it has all the facilities required for a tech centre.You wouldn't have Bus or train facilities directly to the place.

Interceptor, starter solenoid faulty. Bike has been at the dealer for over 2 months, despicable customer service, no apology given, no compo offered. Need the bike for commuting!

I have'nt been but I have been waiting over 2 months for my new interceptor and can't.get any info' from dealers or RE themselves the website does'nt even show the interceptor or the continental gt only the singles, I was hoping to ride mine in the glorious autumn sunshine rather than on icy roads in January,Will you please talk to us and let us know what is going on!!!. Wow finally got bike it's great a few minor things, very comfortable, good on petrol, how about a fully fared unrestricted race version or a new square 4.
