I was served by someone called Dane on the fragrance and he was nothing but rude at the tills, rolling his eyes at me when I was questioning about the product. He was very snappy, had a horrible tone of voice and was treating me as if I was a child. I didn’t get any apology for his behaviour, just another eye roll and dirty looks as I walked away. This customer service is horrible and I would recommend staying 10 feet away from Dane at all times

I visited the mother and baby changing rooms at the Trafford Centre Boots on Saturday 9th Sep. It was discussing the total lack of hygiene there was no paper towels hand soap or anything to cover the dirty baby changing mat.For such a large named store you should be ashamed. I advise anybody to go anywhere else in the Trafford Centre to feed or change your baby.

Worked for a few months had to leave because the manager is horrible. They hire make up Artist for num 7 . Also all the BBS girls none of them are qualified in make up but they’re getting the job in a make-up department trust me I worked there I know None of them have any qualification. They start from little little job from the store. Suddenly they get promotion to be a make up artist. Nobody knows about the product they pretend to know everything .Managers are very horrible. They think they’re above everybody. I don’t know what they get out of it. Maybe they get points by being bitter and Smile cost money. Specially this cranky old lady who works at the pharmacy. I don’t even know where to begin. Looks like we have to pay them to Smile . All the robot took the job they don’t hire any cleaner. They have a less security and they are manager sucks sucks sucks

Absolutely on their backside. Plenty staff around.....standing there chatting. No help, no one could even check stock. Kept saying they're on their break but no cover. I'd have had more help out of a colander being used as a boat while sailing the English Channel in high winds. There are more groups of workers here chatting about nights out and boyfriend troubles than a counciling room.

I was served by Fatima who helped with makeup for my wedding events. She was amazing and very knowledgeable. She took her time with finding the perfect foundation, blush and contour for my face. She gave me her honest opinion and really good advice in regards to makeup application on Asian skin. Would 100% recommend and would go to her again.

Asked a manager to help me with a gift for my dad, she said she would check in the back if there were, after 15 minutes she never came back. I asked another member of staff, she said she couldn't find her and that we only sold that one item for Christmas, nothing else...would have saved me time knowing that. Barely any staff around, some look lost like nobody knows what is going on. Some of the prices are also ridiculous tho some can be decent for the holidays. The shopping experience was nothing but stress

Went shopping in the Trafford Centre Boots on the 4th of July and was taken care of by the lovely Clinique consultant Maia - she made my and my mums shopping experience extra special! She was so kind and lovely and offered great customer service ! Thank you Maia you were amazing !

I spoke to Carl who was so very helpful. I was actually only browsing, but with his help I was able to make a purchase that I am very happy with. Thank you Carl, for your professional and friendly advice today. You made my shopping trip a very good experience.
