Untrained social workers, one sided and a complete let down. Don't listen to anything you say and even with proof they still have the managers to lie for them. be very careful as unless you have POA your out of lucky and you'll need a good solicitor to get your side taken notice of.Soon as the gov give the power back to the NHS this year the better as the adult social services are as useless as the child ones.Stay clear of this place and the workers, a year of hell with them and nadeem the useless one sided idiot worker.

Unsafe. They keep cases ongoing for as long as possible for no reason other than to harm children and families. If your case is with them then expect it to drag on and on for no reason.Managers are non responsive. They have endless meetings with no purpose other than pretending to be working so they can keep their jobs. Children safety and wellbeing is not considered. A simple task like sending a form to fill which takes them 15 minutes to do is dragged out to take 5 months! Their aim is to prolong cases for their funding benefit. With a financial conflict of interest, children and families wellbeing is at the lowest priority.*All I can say is if your case is with this team then I encourage you to please leave an accurate review about the service you have received to help others. Do it for the babies and children who are suffering under their system*
