A fantastic company to deal with. They really care about getting it right for you. They treat you as if you are the only person they have to deal with. There products are brilliant & I've had nothing but fabulous reviews from those that have used them. Highly recommended.

Paid for the Express service only to receive my order wrongly imprinted. Requested for a replacement order via the Express service. I did the followup calls and was assured of a delivery date but unfortunately this was not met. Disappointing to know about their lack of communication nor follow through calls. Would not recommend or use them.

I ordered these pens as a cost effective way of advertising my business. I keep a supply in the van and they so handy to just give to customers. They arrived promptly and are good quality pens meeting my requirements exactly. Cannot fault the way I was dealt with and how easy it was to get exactly what I wanted. Will definately be purchasing again in the new year. I thoroughly recommend this company.

I ordered some pens from National Pen - they're great quality, delivered promptly, well packaged and I'm very happy with them. I ordered some more and now I've ordered some sticky post-it notes for client gifts.When I've spoken to the office they've always been very helpful and friendly and very efficient - Mark Neary deserves a special mention, as he was really great and helped me decide which was the best option for a gift set. I appreciated his help and input.I would recommend National Pen and I'm happy that I found their website and used them!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will wait forever and a day for anything to arrive and if you dare to call and ask a question, you will have the pleasure of speaking to Geraldine who will more than likely hang up on you. Or if you are really lucky, she will just leave you on hold until you give up. Absolutely disgusting service. I have been told now that they only send out 1 shipment a week, but they don't advertise that before they take your £££!

I recently reordered pens from National Pen as I found that the pens on my original order were extremely good value for money. Many people admire the smart pens they produce with our company details on. What a great advert for both us and them

Do not use this company I got a promotional flyer which quoted prices! When I took delivery the invoice had added 20% vat to the price ! I immediately looked at the flyer and it does not say these prices are subject to vat ! It does say that the handling and delivery price of 11.95 is subject to vat but not the product so I assumed the prices include vat I phoned to question this and zero customer services !!!

I regularly buy pens and other items, although I would regard myself as a small customer. The short runs suit me and I particularly like the Rio pens which are cheap and cheerful. The printing has been reliable and turnaround quick. Happy with the quality.The prices are quoted ex-VAT, so pay attention to that. I am prone to wait until there is a special promotion and at that point the pens are more or less the same price as a retail biro.The little key-ring torches are a success with children (and grown-ups).
