Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Brentford

Hired an intermediate SUV from Brentford Enterprise. Very impressed with customer service, particular note to Sabbir the assistant manager who was very professional, polite and helpful. This was also clearly the case with other staff working there, including on return of the vehicle. Usually a top-down thing representing good management. Thank you, will be a returning customer

Do you not go near that company they’re delivering extremely filthy vehicles, very rude very dishonest terrible customer service, When you make a complaint to the customer service Brentford branch Alex manager saying the vehicle was clean where are as the customers were lying, Luckily we took the pictures to prove it.They’re not even deserve one star. They just send me a respond and ask me to send them correspondence to the email below the email do not even exist I just tried to respond to that email the customer service is properly disgusting

Impossible to get hold off the Brentford branch. Phone number does not pick up and voice mail is full. I had to drop a car from an insurance job, but can't get hold of them to tell them car is to be picked up. I would not use them as you can't get hold of them if you needed anything!Not even their email address which I initially corresponded with. Staff is friendly but if they fail at the most basic service which is customer communication, then I think they have a big issue to sort out.

Used Enterprise several times around the world and at this branch before. However very disappointed in the service provided, given a van with a crack in the windscreen. Unable to complete my journey and then charged for damages I did not create when promised by an employee in a phone conversation that there would be no charges. I would strongly recommend not using this branch! Customer service not helpful either and ended up being a really frustrating consumer experience!

Highly recommended : they are a really friendly and courteous place with good deals. Easy to get to as well by public transport. I had a small technical issue with a car and they dealt with it really well. Easy and quick to pick up / drop off as well. Would recommend.

So I had rented a car online and when I got there it was a great experience, the customer advisor knew what you was doing, professional and honest, I was upgraded to a better car and I love the experience Mr. Kishan Patel thank you for being great at what you do!!! It was the worst rental experience I've ever had. When I arrived, I was told that the van was 15 minutes away. I waited two hours for it because the one they sent had no MOT and had to go back to Luton to be swapped! Was only informed of that fact after waiting for an hour. Was told I'd be given 24 hours notice when the van needed returning as it was on an open hire through insurance. Was actually given an hour notice. When I said that wasn't possible, I was told to speak to my insurance or pay £50 to return it tomorrow. When I spoke to insurance, they told me they had informed them 2 days prior (to give notice to return the van), but enterprise hadn't bothered to inform me. I said I could return the van at 10 the next morning and was told twice to return it at 9. When I arrived at 9 there was a queue of 3 other vehicles waiting to be returned and no staff arrived until 9.30. If you value your time and customer service, go anywhere else. ( Practical or Cole are both on the a few miles up the A4, and are far better) we had to use enterprise because of insurance, but honestly, I'd rather walk than deal with them again.
