No stars at all, not worth the one. Only disappointment from this company. Blinds ordered September 2021 and still not sorted, after 3 lots of blinds being made, all faulty. We were promised a refund which never materialised, still waiting for the refund and faulty blinds to be collected. Natalie does not tell the truth and cannot be trusted. We have now taken legal action to recover the cost of the blinds and court fees.

I placed an order and paid a deposit in November. After various delays I now can't get hold of anyone on phone or email. I have been to the address advertised on the website but the person there denied all knowledge of shaws blinds.

This company is atrocious and Natalie a total liar. Placed an order 2 months ago. Had to chase her each time and every time told a pack of lies. I had to pay 50% deposit and was told I couldn't pay by card only cheque! Cheque cashed the next day! Told 3 times the fitter was coming but never turned up. She should be in prison.

Both me and my mum have used this company for over 20 years and have never had a problem, however things have changed.We both have ordered blinds in the last 5 months, and on 5 occasions overall had dates for these to be fit, on 3 of these occasions nobody turned up with no contact prior.Deposits were taken on the day as requested!We have both since cancelled our orders due to the dreadful service, after weeks of promising mum got her deposit back, I am still awaiting after 3 messages and a phone call, all of which are ignored, DREADFUL SERVICE - WE WILL NEVER USE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

Used this company for many years with no issues, spent thousands and recommended to family and friends. HOWEVER my latest order (over £1500) for which a 50% deposit was taken on the day of order 10 weeks ago has not been received (apart from 2 blinds one of which has holes in the fabric) two install dates agreed and failed to turn up (emailing half an hour before appointment - emailing!!) to cancel. Turns out there are no blinds to fit for a multitude of different reasons (excuses). Will not answer calls, texts or emails - luckily I paid the deposit on credit card!!

Natalie is a liar fitted our blinds the wrong colour fitted wrong no tape measurement used, still waiting for her to come back, ignoring my emails and phone calls and found her using a different business name according to company house shaw home decor, you can’t hide Natalie your a disgrace, to everyone, messaged her but now saying that it’s not her but different company with same name owner, seriously Natalie your talking to another business woman and as I have private messaged you through your new business and called you out I’ll call round to your shop, as you keep denying it’s you and that’s why you have blocked me your a joke seriously you deserve no stars

Took 50% deposit for blinds that never appeared. After about 5 month of different lies and excuses, claimed money back via bank. Beware, unfortunately Natalie is running a once outstanding company into the ground.
