A great shop.The lady was so knowledgeable.I bought a black Fedora which she adjusted for me to tailor fit it to my head and a wide brimmed Panama for our holiday next year.A wonderful experience to be able to try on hats after Lockdown.Thank you Madam.You made my day!

Thank-you so much for all your help and advice in choosing a hat for my sons wedding. The lady in the shop was so helpful in choosing the right hat to go with my dress. I wanted a large hat as I'm tall, so she advised on buying one with a narrower brim at the front so face not in shadow on photos. Also fabulous advice on choosing the right accessories, which I took. My hairdresser recommended I shop here. I will call in and show you the photos, sincere thanks Anita.x

Quite the rudest shop I have every had the misfortune of entering...dreadful, curt, rude, pretentious..obnoxious people....no idea simply how to be polite and pleasant...they seem to delight in being insulting and condesending..Its an awful place...obviously this place must be run as a hobby...no one would conduct business on the bases these people operate... and hope to sell things and make money....

I had one of the best experiences in this little hat shop! Sara (I am sorry if I spelled incorrectly) was such a help in helping me buy my first hat in the UK. She picked a hat which she believed looked amazing on me and guess what I receive so many compliments whenever I wear it(and I wear it all the time). I ended up buying 3 hats which I think were well worth the money. She was kind enough to recommend some vegan restaurants nearby. I went to one of them and was simply impressed.

A query little shop with an Aladdins cave of hats in every size, shape and colour, from the everyday to something super special you are spoilt for choice. My partner was looking for a specific type and colour and we found the lady serving to be very pleasant and helpful, she helped him find just the right one. The special hats are quite pricey and bigger shops do sell them cheaper but you just wouldn't get the same shopping experience. Highly recommended

Hidden in the heart of Bath is this little gem of a hat shop. Whatever kind of hat you are after you will find it here, the quality is outstanding and the service and knowledge to help you is fantastic. Can’t recommend it highly enough - best hat shop in the UK by far and will always go back.
