Absolutely fantastic customer service. Nothing was too much. Guy who helped me with my plumbing problems was frankie. Bought some taps online for store collection. Got a phone call next day to say they can't fulfill my order and full amount will be refunded. 2 weeks later nothing. Called in and they said because it's online order you have to call customer services. When I called customer services they told me it's a store fulfilled order and store has to deal with it. Rang the store back and story changed to because it's PayPal we can't refund it for whatever reason but we'll be happy to send you cheque. Another 2 weeks gone and nothing. Had to get PayPal involved to get my money back. Absolutely disgraceful place. No morals. The lady I spoke to was rude. She kept telling me it wasn't their fault and I need to sort it out with customer services. Didn't know what she was doing.City plumbing if you are reading this, sort your issues out. Train your staff so they can deal with some very basic enquiries and don't be an unethical business.

Always have a great experience at this branch, Frankie is very helpful and quick with materials I come in for.

Firstly when you walk into the store be expected to wait Atleast 15 minutes as speed of service is incredibly slow. I am 9 months pregnant, was carrying a toddler and clearly struggling to stand yet they seemed to do everything in slow motion and faff about. When you finally do get served your met with an attitude of people that clearly would rather be elsewhere..I was told my order couldn’t be done as an item was out of stock and not being made anymore. They offered to replace the item with a more expensive one and I was told I’d be called to sort out a refund for the difference of the items. Of course I was never called and every single time I try and call them they don’t pick up!! Will be heading down in person to get it sorted. In the last 10 months this shop has had nothing but 1 star reviews which should have been a major red flag to me. Will never use them again.
