When my parents cottage (sadly) came up for rent, I approached a couple of letting agents in Fakenham as I was a complete novice and had no idea what I needed to do. Jo and her team were an absolute mine of information, advice and support as it was an emotional time for me. I was greeted with enthusiasm and buckets of information and found them by far the most pro active company that I approached. Without a doubt I would recommend them 1000% to anyone and if my tennent ever moves out , will be using them again in the future.

Jo is fantastic, she is a force of nature. Highly professional, she makes things happens and does the difficult job of keeping everyone on track, and on side while also keeping everybody feeling positive during the stressfull experience of moving home. Five stars doesn't come near it. For anything - buying, selling, renting, or managing property turn to Jo at Pure for better than money can buy.

Professional and friendly team!I had an issue with another estate agents which led to the agreement falling through at the last minute. This left my daughter and I in a difficult position.I found a property with Pure North Norfolk and they have managed to facilitate viewings, meeting the landlord, credit checks, and references all within a week!I have now signed and picking up the keys! I would recommend Pure to anyone looking for property in the area, with special thanks to Jo and Hollie, whom I had most engagement with.
