Someone has set up a fake profile using my name Jonathan Zeckler" and using a photo of mine without my consent - This is a fake reviewer and is very rude and offensive - the review left by the fake author ARE NOT THE VIEWS OR BELIEFS OF THE real JONATHAN ZECKLER."

Useless and incompetent solicitors. Always out of the office and cannot meet deadlines. They have a very basic understanding of the law and mess things up so often that they have to charge more fees than if you go with an efficient solicitor. There are much better options around.

Hema and Riyad were superb with a difficult process. Always available and patient in trying circumstances. No concern in recommending them.

better than most other solicitors I have come across who have no time for you; Reception have been very helpful each time I have called...unfortunately i have changed my Rating as they have not called back as promised for a week now...not good or reliable

ABSOLUTELY AVOID!From the very start John Bays has been rude, unprofessional, uncooperative and extremely unpleasant. He refuses to give any updates, followed by rude and snark comments when challenged for his unwillingness to communicate.His reception team are also very blunt, cold and speak ina condescending manner and fail to relay messages and consistently use the excuse that Mr Bays isn't in the office" when my client has confirmed on multiple occasions that he in fact was just avoiding calls.This organisation is a complete shambles and would urge everyone to avoid John Bays & Co Solicitors."

My selling agent Hobarts recommended Bay's services and I found them most efficient. I dealt mostly by phone with Hema, senior paralegal and assistant to Riyad, and a little bit with Riyad hinself towards the end. I found both were attentive, calm and collected with clear and professional advice in a slightly complicated sale transaction. I never like the conveyancing system in the UK. I think it's designed to be unnecessarily stressful for both buyers and sellers until exchange of contracts is achieved. However, Bays helped to reduce that stress considerably for which I am thoroughly grateful. I can recommend them whole heartedly. They are professional, helpful and communicative people and that's all you can ask of from a conveyancer. 5 stars and good luck to all!

Through the conversation's I had with them, reception/ secretary was nice and polite as was partner of the firm and one of the solicitor that I spoke to was very helpful. However they were supposed to call back a few times, which I had to chase them up as they didn't call back.
