Service focus on stealing money from customers pockets. Tried to charge me £20 for Phone screen protector. Exactly the same at Bridport PC repair was £8.Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.

I am absolutely disgusted with the after sales service of this shop. I purchased a vape which was sold to me in the incorrect packaging, with incorrect charger cable and spare tank and at the incorrect price. after numerous attempts over the phone, txt and wattsapp I still cannot get them to resolve my issue. I think that they may have even blocked my mobile number so that they don't have to speak to me. Its clear that being polite and curious doesn't count for anything anymore. I will never use this shop again. Very unhappy customer indeed......
