This practice provided excellent service from start to finish. They carried out a thorough check of my dog's mouth and expertly treated additional work over and above that originally thought to be required. The detailed explanations and information pack provided were excellent as well as reassuring. The staff were all helpful & friendly making a very daunting experience much easier to deal with. Frankly, they were brilliant. I can't thank them enough.

I’ve visited 3 times with my dog, every time the staff have been second to none! Always get a warm welcome from the Reception staff as soon as you enter the door. Everything was always well explained, before, during and after any procedure that my dog had done. The work that the veterinary staff do always amazes me, super talented !

Wonderful service, everyone from the reception team to the vet was lovely and they couldn't have been more helpful. Felt my girl Layla was in the best of hands (she has recovered great). I am a vet myself and I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else for dental treatment. Bonus points for being very patient with the whirlwind that was Basil as he was super worried about Layla when she was admitted.

Very kind, reassuring, and caring practitioners. Everything about the procedure was well explained and smoothly carried out. All the insurance side of things was taken care of and billed directly taking all the worry of having to deal with that away from me. My little dog was made as comfortable as possible and is making a great recovery from his surgery. Highly recommend.
