The worst - shockingly inefficient, tells lies and doesn't deliver. Really, save yourself an anxiety attack and avoid using this man. There are plenty better out there ! You will not get any attention.

Without doubt, the worst conveyancer I've dealt with. All 3 estate agents in our chain, all had dealing with Stephen and the feedback was horrendous.Due to the time scale Stephen took, we were on the brink of loosing our house and also the chain. We were kept being told the paper work would be coming out the following day... this went on for 3 weeks. Zero communication to the point that we had to terminated him as our conveyancer and luckily found another firm locally based that was able to push the paperwork through in time.I'm normally sceptical of google reviews but having read the already poor reviews on here, they're pretty much spot on.

Needed Stephen to notarize my ID2 document as a licensed conveyancer. Same day, quick and painless!

Managed to help me out regarding independent legal mortgage advice, Stephen was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail.

Absolutely ridiculous!SO slow, one of his secretary's moved the post meaning he did not see the replies to enquiries meaning it got delayed AGAIN. He is stuck in the dark ages of needing everything by post, probably second class stamps, and doesn't like to email!He wasn't even our solicitor, but our sellers solicitor and he was even driving us mad, let alone them and they have got to pay him!!Me and my 8 MONTH PREGNANT PARTNER have been sofa surfing for quite some time now and he has held everything up every step of the way. Most recently going away on annual leave (obviousyl fine) BUT DID NOT TELL ANYONE! And this is the week we were meant to be exchanging. What is worse, his secretary didn't even know when he was coming back to the office!Absolute shambles, complete **** show of a conveyancer
