Only one member of staff on duty in this huge central London office! If your not using a cash machine give yourself lots of waiting time.

I have accounts with Halifax some of them open at this branch.I went there recently to deal with one of my accounts and there were no Advisors at all and was told they will not have then for a couple of months!! could do nothing!!The front desk person was helpful.

This branch has an open, clean, and friendly environment. As soon as you walk in, it feels spacious and welcoming. The people here are busy, but attentive. Clive who works at the counter is helpful and caring. I suggest you visit this branch.

I have always gone to this branch to be served fast however on this particular day I was served by SATYAN on front desk I greeted him with a smile he said hello only his expression was cold and very unfriendly, I told him he look very serious he said there is nothing to be Happy"a bit embarrassed by his comment so I said that the weather is not nice today he replied in an unfriendly way" the weather is never nice in uk!I wanted a screen shot of a standing order I was setting up for a company with their details miserable satyan said he would give me a confirmation however this document did not have the info I needed. Please avoid Satyan there is no customer service with this man after being served by him you might be tempted to go to Victoria station to jump in front of a train!!"

I need it an urgent bank statement for something unexpected and went on Sunday morning to Halifax- 2 wilton Rd in Victoria to get one, but this brunch is closed on Sunday and what they are saiyng on the site it is a big lie, as the brunch is closed. Also I called the brunch number and the voice mail is coming up saiyng the brunch is closed. This people need to update the site as it is not nice to wake up on a Sunday morning, which is no pleasure, to come all the way to Victoria from Alperton, spend money for train and to have such a bad experience! I dont even want to rate one * ...

Worst branch and customer service ever. Has someone from Head Office ever visited this branch and done a secret shopper test. Absolutely disgusting!
