Good selection of clothes and footwear. Plenty of staff available to answer any questions, check for sizes in the back. Only slight negative would be a bit on the slow side at check out. But other than that would happily shop in there again.

Staff were mostly polite, but I picked a pair of shoes that had a £45 price tag, then they scanned at £65. Manager refused to honour the price on the shop floor and didn't offer anything at all in return.

The product range was good, the prices were fair for the brands and products they had. But we walked in to a group of 6 staff members just standing around talking and even after picking out a pile of shoes we weren't approached to see if we needed help. Having 6 people just over a meter away and having to hunt for help wasnt good service. Even had the cashier persist in asking me for my postcode for their research after I said I didn't want to give it he pushed. I don't go into a shop to give up my details and I don't expect to have someone push me for them

Staff went above and beyond for me. The item I wanted was the only one left in store and had a faulty tag on it which wouldn’t come off the man spent a good 10 minutes getting it off and succeeded! The other staff were helpful too bunch of legends if you ask me!!
