My gas boiler had broke down, I had no hot water and house was freezing. A friend had gave me Ross’ number to call and he came out to me the same evening. Super quick and reliable would definitely recommend to anyone and will use him again in the future.

We had no shower and needed a replacement ment asap we struggled to find anyone interested the day after a friend of mine mentioned Ards had done a job for then and couldn't praise them high enough, I rand a a young guy called Ross answered I told him our sh8amower was beoke and we needed a new one, he said he would call on his was home, he turned up at 16.30 assessed the job and ordered us a new shower there and then and said he would be back first thing tomorrow with the new shower, that night our boiler wouldn't fire up (typical) when Ross turned up at 8am I mentioned the boiler to him, he had fit the new shower within an hour and ordered a small switch for boiler and said he would all back in 2 hours with the part after he had done another job...Ross turned up at 11.50 and fit the part in 15 mins, we was over the moon really reasonable and reliable and such a nice young man whi went above and beyond. 10/10.I would recommend him to anyone and will deffinatly use him again, thankyou Ross.

Fitted us a Worcester boiler at a price people where offering us budget boilers with a 2yr warranty. Will be in touch for free 1st year service. Mark

Did oil to gas conversion for us and fitted a 12 year warranty boiler. Cannot fault the workmanship. The young gentleman was extremely well mannered and work efficiently. Communication ahead of the job was excellent. We were kept well informed during the work. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Boiler packed in, rang in the morning sorted that afternoon, very informative about all options, will definitely use again.

Called Ross on a Saturday as we had no heating or hot water. He informed us that our old boiler needed a PCB and would need its expansion vessel replaced and a water leak fixed. We decided a replacement with warranty would be a better option for us. Ross was able to fit us a boiler the next day (a Sunday) and A Hive smart controller which allows us to control our heating from the phone!

Ross decommissioned our old boiler on a communal flue and moved the boiler in our property. This was quite a big job as our old boiler was bespoke and meant re plumbing system and cylinder configuration. Comber boilers was able to modify and wire our new hot water priority system and utilise existing fan coils for heating, other engineers told us this wouldn’t be possible. Well chuffed and have peace of mind with a 10 year warranty boiler. When he asked us for a review it was the least we could do.
