Shocking service. Let alone purchasing a car, I struggled with buying a part. Firstly the parts are expensive and secondly if by chance it’s stripped down to the metal and lastly if it’s not right there is no refund. Cash on collection with no receipt. Headache and uncivilzed people if they are not in benefit!!! AVOID!

I recently purchased a car from Ali Motors and I couldn’t be happier with the whole buying process. Mr. Ali, who assisted me, was very knowledgeable about his cars and was honest and straightforward in answering all of our questions. The lady named Farida in the office processed all the required paperwork efficiently, gave us two sets of keys and service book. The car is in immaculate condition. I was even contacted by Farida after we drove home to check if everything was satisfactory. I would highly recommend Ali Motors to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy car seller.

I purchased a lovely Peugeot 208 GT line, with low miles, and in fabulous condition. After test-driving the car I knew I wanted it. But was under no pressure to buy. Ali and Freda were both fantastic. I bought a 3008 from Mr Ali. The transaction was smooth and my old car was taken as part exchange as advertised on the website. I thought Mr Ali and his staff were honest, open and provided the information I needed, even pictures of the vehicle before repairs. I received the V5 from the DVLA 4 weeks after the purchase.I'm happy with the purchase but a bit disappointed I wasn't asked if I wanted to tax the car for 6 months or a year. They went to the Post Office to tax the car for me (I paid for it) but only for 6 months, which proportionally is more expensive than a 1 year tax.

Bought a secondhand car fromAli’s motors, I live in London and took a big risk buying a car from here as I hadn’t seen it in person however I’m so pleased i did!!! Ali’s motors are very professional and go above and beyond to help their customers!!! I had dash cams hardwired by Halfords and they blew the bsi unit which broke the car, Ali’s motors were so supportive and helpful throughout the issue. I’ll definitely be going back for my next car

Purchased my 5008 for ali’s motors and had a very good experience i had a few issues , call Ali and was told to bring the car in when I’m free and issue’s were sorted while I waited no problems what so ever will not hesitate at all to recommend or upgrade without any problem keep up the good work to all staff atAli motors
