Went for a car wash and a t cut for one side of the car panel due to tree branch scratches. After washing, the car is filled with more scratches and owner denied it’s from them. Brand new car less than 2 months old, twice we came to their car wash, first time was alright and second time literally filled the bonnet with circular scratches and side panels. Owner takes no responsibility and kept saying it’s not from their wash. Took some pictures of the scratches and he said that I came in asking for a t cut so the scratches are all over. It’s a circular scratch from washing vs tree branch scratch that’s a straight line.

Disappointing DeclineWas once one of the best in the area, but it has significantly declined in the last year. The attention to detail isn’t there and the service is rushed.After several recent visits, the wheels were left completely dirty and grimy with other bits of the car missed as well that required me to clean it myself afterwards.Moreover, the wash caused damage, taking off some black paint from the wheels and grill as the pressure washer was too close to the paintwork.It's a letdown to see such a drop in quality. Considering these issues, I'll be looking for another car wash option.

Had full car valet. Ahmed was absolutely brilliant. They all did a professional first class clean. Highly recommend.

Wasn't a great job left water drops on car which dry and make the car dirty instantly. Alloys where not cleaned fully was £7 pound as well won't be going back
