Needed a new boiler for our home, I had an estimate that day and the job was done with in 72hrs very impressed and the Hive is brilliant too. The fast fitters were tidy and very courteous, with dust sheets and over shoes. All done in a day. Many thanks :-)

Parked my car outside to go to the gym, rude bald man came and commanded me to move, seems crazy. Black hair midget lady is wacky too. Not sure why they have the union jack flag drawn up on a pole on their roof. Strange.

They can't even come back with a quote. I've rang them 3 times for a quote but they are too busy, the excuse is always owner is always out of the office when he comes in he will ring you. Why not just say we don't want to do the job. It's actually been weeks! More than 2 months. The lady said we have a backlog of quotes.
