Brillant dentist practice have been great with my kids, especially when had accidents. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Very clean practice and would highly recommend.

This dental practice is possibly the best I've been to.The staff are very kind and understanding with my fear of going to the dentists and have been supportive throughout.Whether it's rescheduling an appointment to give me more time to psych myself up or stopping frequently during an exam so I can have water, they've been great.I've been a private patent rather than NHS, but the extra cost has definitely been worth it to me.Even if I move to a different town than Halstead, I would keep coming here!

Absolutely fantastic! From start to finish. Receptionist welcoming smile and kindness put me at ease straight away . The dentist that I saw was Anita . 100% professional. Anita understood that I was anxious and she reassured me and had a real calming way about her . She explained all of my X rays in full detail and answered all of my questions and concerns.I travelled 50 minutes to my appointment and it was well worth it .Lovely manager , great dentist, warm friendly staff and above all totally professional.Thank youKaren BruceX

My treatment commenced in February 2022 when I decided to have major work carried out on my top teeth. Neil confirmed that I could have a whole top set fitted in one day. Aware that I did not want to know the step by step procedure Neil just carried on with the necessary work, but was reassuring throughout. Have just had the final permanent set fitted and am so pleased with the results - WOW. They look so natural no-one has noticed they are not my actual teeth they look fantastic and I feel I can smile again without embarrassment. I would also like to add that without exception, every member of staff at the practice have been so nice to both myself and my husband (whose had a lot of waiting around for me) the receptionists making him a cup of tea when the major work was being carried out. All in all a great experience and would definitely recommend this practice for anyone especially if nervous having any dentistry work carried out.

My wife and I have been patients at the Halstead dental practice for more than 30 years. Neil and the staff are wonderful and the care has been first class. I've never had a bad experience in all that time until today. If you ever need to speak to the practice manager, don't bother. Paul is the most obnoxious person I've spoken to in a long time. How he ever got a customer facing role is beyond me.Update: Clearly I'm not going to contact the Practice Manager to resolve this if my issue is the Practice Manager. Indeed following my unfortunate conversation with Paul I spoke to Customer Services at Denplan who were able help me in a very polite and professional manner.

Fantastic practice. Staff all seem very friendly (those that we have met so far). Dentist & Hygienist that we have seen have made us feel at ease and are very thorough with explanations and advice.Yet again, after another visit I have nothing but positive things to say. I fell like I no longer fear the dentist and this is all thanks to everyone at BUPA Halstead.

Welcoming to start with checking IN, accommodating when delayed for my appointment. And Mr Vas has been an Excellent private Surgeon, Touch wood.

I visited this practice for the first time today, for impressions for Invisalign, and I was thoroughly pleased with my experience.I am terrified when it comes to dentists, due to a bad experience in the past, but I cannot fault Anita. If she had been my dentist years ago, I certainly wouldn't have been as frightened. Anita and her nurse made me feel so welcome and at ease, and my anxiety disappeared instantly!The lady on reception, Claire, was also extremely welcoming and friendly, and the whole atmosphere was lovely. The practice itself was very clean, and I didn't have to wait very long to be seen.I highly recommend to everybody.

Update 2023: Been a patient here for 3 years now and couldn't be happier. I rang in pain and got seen very quickly, the friendly smiley staff couldn't be more lovely to deal with and our dentist himself has a great sense of humour and is extremely thorough. Will continue to recommend to anyone.Old review: Our first visit was excellent. Despite the challenges covid poses we had everything explained to us clearly and were treated really well. The reminder call a week before was very welcome. The dentist himself was professional while happy to tell the odd joke. I cannot fault these guys I will definitely update after our next visit in 3 months but I will happily recommend to anyone.
