Picked up a used car from here all organised only to find not ready, waited handed the car to be told not been serviced will have to return when notified , valeting also needs to be improved, over all not recommended , saying that I'm quite happy with car.

Brillaint service by staff here. Drove up from South Wales to view Stealth Grey Focus ST 3 on a Sunday. They had the car all ready for a test drive. Staff very knowledgeable about the cars they sell which is good as they can answer questions. A swhen buying a car you ask alot (Even if they are silly). Wanted the car so agreed the price. Came back up via train the following Friday to pick the car up. Amazing service. Great communication between staff and the customer. Car was in immaculate condition when we picked it up. Addressed all little issues there was(very minor). Would highly recommend this car show room.

Spoke to Motability Lady...we just POPPED in & she was waiting for her Next Customer who had booked an appointment but she had time for us & chatted & answered all the questions we had! If she didn't know she said she could find out & told us we needed to go online & put in the Spec we were after as this would give us all the info we needed! She showed us around the car we were interested in!...She wasn't pushy & just talked us & made us feel comfortable Thank You x

I have used the same garage for years. They don't patronise and don't rip me off because I'm a female driver.Went for annual service and MOT. All progress is logged to be seen on a web page. I waited while the work was done. There is a clean waiting area and facilities, and tea and coffee is available free while you wait.I'm very confident in the service here
